Open from 4/1 – 10/31
Hours: 6am – 9pm Everyday

★ FIRE PIT USAGE ★
Only adults over the age of 21 should activate the gas fire pit.

Please follow the instructions closely and be sure to shut off the gas after each use.

Gas will not be replenished by the owner and guests are responsible for purchasing propane if depleted prior to using (can refuel at local Walmart)

★ CLEANING & SANITIZATION ★

This place was great and is a great location next to the beach. They were very responsive and lived up to a super host. The second bedroom was a bit smaller than expected but it was enough of what we needed. Each room has a tv, which is also nice. It was also great to have a washer and dryer for wet clothes.

Jeramey’s place was very clean (which is very important to me). Had a question when we first arrived and Jeramey answered our call right away. Didn’t realize it was third floor but that turned out absolutely fine. There is an outside elevator which made it so convenient when taking our little dog back and forth. It was very comfortable to stay here instead of a one room motel stay!My young daughter would give it five thumbs up!Thank you.
