The space

To top things off, all guests have access to a private semi-olympic pool, soccer field, tennis court and playground area in the community center which is only a 2 min drive or 5 min bike ride away. Open from 4/1 – 10/31
Hours: 6am – 9pm Everyday

★ FIRE PIT USAGE ★
Only adults over the age of 21 should activate the gas fire pit.

Please follow the instructions closely and be sure to shut off the gas after each use.

Gas will not be replenished by the owner and guests are responsible for purchasing propane if depleted prior to using (can refuel at local Walmart)

★ CLEANING & SANITIZATION ★
Heath, safety, and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance. For this reason, we use a thorough cleaning process after each check-out.

★ NO SMOKING INSIDE ★
Please refrain from smoking inside the home! Any smoking evidence will result in a fee for odor removal and furniture cleaning.

★ NO PARTIES/EVENTS ★
We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits.

Not adhering to the house rules will result in a minimum fine of $500 fine and potential for immediate cancelation of your reservation.
